'طلال عتریسی' روزشنبه در گفتگوی اختصاصی با خبرنگار ایرنا در بیروت با اشاره به سفر 'محمد رضا رحیمی' معاون اول رییس جمهوری ایران به لبنان، گفت: در حالی كه تلاش هایی از سوی دشمنان برای كم رنگ نشان دادن حضو و نقش ایران در منطقه، در جریان است، سفر یاد شده تأكیدی بر روابط رسمی و برادرانه میان این دو كشور است.

وی در خصوص اهمیت سفر معاون اول رییس جمهوری ایران به لبنان افزود: این سفر از لحاظ سیاسی در منطقه بسیار تأثیر گذار بود و بار دیگر حضور پررنگ ایران در منطقه را به رخ جهانیان كشاند و ادامه روابط ایران با ممالك عربی و دوست را با وجود مانع تراشی های غرب به اثبات رساند.

عتریسی در رابطه با اجرای تفاهم نامه های همكاری میان دو كشور، هم اظهاركرد: سفر رحیمی به لبنان در ادامه روابط ایران با دولت لبنان بود كه با هدف اجرایی كردن تفاهم نامه های همكاری كه قبلا در عرصه های مختلف امضا شده بود و نیز تفاهم نامه های همكاری جدیدی كه به امضاء دو طرف رسید، صورت گرفت.

این استاد دانشگاه ملی لبنان تأكید كرد: ایران به عنوان كشوری پیشرفته در منطقه، دارای ظرفیت ها و توانمندی های چشمگیری در عرصه های مختلف صنعتی، كشاورزی، تكنولوژی، نفت و تولید برق بوده و یقینا این توانایی را دارد كه خدمات شایانی در این زمینه ها به لبنان تقدیم كند.

وی ادامه داد: مـتأسفانه لبنان، به دلیل فشار كشورهای غربی و برخی كشورهای عربی هنوز در مسیر پیشرفت قرار نگرفته و این در حالی است كه ایران پیشنهادهای بسیار خوبی به منظور توسعه زیرساخت های این كشور ارایه داده است.

عتریسی با اشاره به همزمانی سفر 'جفری فیلتمان' معاون وزیر خارجه آمریكا با سفر معاون اول رییس جمهوری ایران به بیروت گفت: این امر به صورت تصادفی رخ نداد، گروهی در لبنان همسو با سیاست های غرب به ویژه آمریكا گام برداشته و تمایلی به گسترش روابط با ایران ندارند و فیلتمان در حقیقت با هدف ممانعت از ایجاد تفاهم نامه های همكاری جدید با ایران به لبنان سفر كرد.

این كارشناس مسایل ایران در ادامه با اشاره به ضرورت اجرایی كردن تفاهم نامه های همكاری میان دو كشور، تأكید كرد : با توجه به حجم زیاد مشكلات معیشتی ،اجتماعی، اقتصادی، تربیتی و فرهنگی در لبنان، دولتمردان باید اجرایی كردن تفاهم نامه های همكاری میان دو كشور را در رأس اولویت های كاری خود قرار دهند تا بدین گونه به بسیاری از نیاز لبنانی ها پاسخ داده شود.
